Let's Get First Things First!

I love food...I love food so much, that I've decided to start a blog about it. Wow. Some important things I should mention before we get to the recipes:

I like my food spicy- and by spicy, I mean- I want my sinuses clear and my upper lip kinda sweaty when I get done eating...Yep. So I will put a little side note next to an ingredient that is spicy like a (S) and you can decide if you want to limit that ingredient, or remove it all together.

I am a really big fan of onions & garlic. Not just a small fan, but like I add it as the base of most of my food. I think some people tend to imagine vegetarian food being bland- well, not the food I cook! I try to use really flavorful natural ingredients so if you are easily offended by the taste of those items, you may just want to cut the garlic or onion quantities in half. I don't recommend you removing them altogether though- because you will probably left with a pretty disappointing meal.

I think it is important to note that when I cook, I try to just keep a varied diet. That is the one way that allows me to get all the necessary nutrients into my body. Oh, and seriously, if you aren't drinking water on a consistent basis, probably a good time to start
